This is a black-dyed version of a Canadian military issue MK2 combat jacket, lightweight type.
It has a light feel similar to the US military's jungle fatigue jacket, and can be worn as an outer layer in warmer weather or as an inner layer in colder weather.
When normally dyed black, the synthetic fiber parts of this jacket tend not to dye, resulting in a dark green color, but this one has been dyed black by using both cotton and synthetic fiber dyes. The cost of this dyeing alone was over 20,000 yen, so I think it's a great deal.
